This website describes Peri Health & Hormones, a clinic opening in Draper, Utah in Late 2026, and lets you join a waitlist to hear about it. That's its whole job. By using the site you agree to these terms; if a page here ever conflicts with the final terms our lawyers produce, the final terms win.
Not medical advice.
Everything on this site is general education. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with a physician who knows your history and your labs. No physician-patient relationship.
Reading this site, joining the waitlist, or corresponding with us about the clinic does not make you a patient and does not create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when the clinic is open and you are formally established as a patient, with the paperwork, consent, and unhurried first visit that deserves.

The content here belongs to Peri Health & Hormones and is provided as-is. The clinic isn't open yet, so details on this site (services, timing, how things will work) may change as we build, and we may update these terms at any time. The version posted here is the one in effect.
